The
closing is the end of the process when refinancing a house. It refers to
the day you complete the deal on the new loan for that particular property. Essentially it's the final
transfer of money on your home.
As a general
rule, most of your closing costs when refinancing will be related to
the loan. Some of the fees that may be charged by
your lender include:
- Mortgage Origination Fee
- Mortgage Discount Points
- Wood Destroying Organism Report
- Appraisal Fee
- Tax Service
- Document Preparation Fee
- Mortgagee (or "Lender’s")
Title Insurance Policy
- Title Insurance Endorsements
- Flood Certification Fee
The
professionals of Integrity Land Title know this is a very important step for you
and your family, and pledge to help you through this portion of
your transaction.
